Why Donate to NAHITA?

NAHITA's vision is ensure that Americans preserve their right to free choice from a free market.

We believe that the United States government has no state or federal level constitutional authority to limit an American Citizen's Freedom of Choice. Banning and prohibition is unconstitutional, according to the 21st amendment of the US Constitution.

We approach our mission through:

  • National Legislative research projects.
  • Online tools and resources for Herbal Incense Producers, Herbal Incense Manufacturers, and Herbal Incense Consumers
  • National and regional advocacy efforts
While any donation amount is appreciated, your donation of $95 or more qualifies you for a NAHITA Associate Membership for this calendar year.  If you are an Herbal Incense Manufacturer, Herbal Incense Distributor, or a Herbal Incense Retailer, and you donate $495 or more, you can become a NAHITA Active Member for this calendar year.

Your donations will help us achieve these goals during 2011:

  • Provide national and regional leadership to rally against herbal incense prohibition efforts
  • Expand our outreach programs to educate the herbal Incense Industry on quality herbal manufacturing processes and responsible marketing practices.
